I just announce to all modders here, after Counter-Strike: Source 1.6 release, you can edit weapon skins using CS:S Hands. It's may be an illegal thing so please do not use CS:S Hands until Counter-Strike: Source 1.6 release okay, there is will be a new section for it. Thank you
